What am I signing up for?

A demo of Zato with our team, walking through the platform on a real compliance job and answering the questions your firm will have.

Is Priority Access guaranteed?

No. Priority Access is reviewed based on firm fit, timing, ledger volume, systems and rollout readiness.

What do Priority Access firms get?

Eligible firms may receive prioritised implementation, locked pricing options, eligible commercial terms, early Ziffy Watch access and a Pioneer Advisory Session.

Why does Priority Access ask for more information?

Standard Access is a quick enquiry. Priority Access asks a few more questions so we can prepare your implementation and confirm the right commercial terms.

When will we hear back?

We respond to every request within 3 business days.

What if we are based in Australia?

Zato is live in both New Zealand and Australia. Firms receive the localised version for their jurisdiction.

What if we use MYOB or another accounting system?

Xero is live today and connects fastest. MYOB and QuickBooks are in development. Tell us what your firm runs and we will confirm the approach and timing on the demo.

Where is our data hosted?

In-region on AWS. Australian firms are hosted in AWS Sydney and New Zealand firms in AWS Auckland, so your data stays in your jurisdiction. Zato is certified to ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 42001 and ISO 9001, and holds an independent SOC 2 Type II attestation.

Does Zato replace our practice management system?

No. Practice management tracks the job. Zato produces it. Zato sits alongside the systems your firm already runs.

How is Zato priced?

By ledger type and firm rollout. Tell us about your ledger mix on the demo and we will confirm pricing for your firm.

How long does it take to get live?

Your firm completes one setup form, Zato provisions the firm and connects your systems, then your team starts on real jobs with support through the first runs.

Is our client data used to train AI models?

No. Zato does not use identifiable customer inputs or outputs to train foundation or general-purpose AI models without your firm’s written consent.

Who is responsible for the final work?

Your accountants. Every output is reviewable and traceable to source, and professional judgement, statutory responsibility and regulatory accountability remain with your firm.
